The title of this site of course indicates that the site deals with personal injury claims and in particular asbestosis claims. We will shortly be adding some detailed information and advice on this horrible condition and legal rights associated with it. It is perhaps worth pointing out in this first post that, whilst there are now literally thousands of personal injury claim solicitors and claims management companies in the UK, there are perhaps only a proportion of these specialist firms who have genuine expertise and experience of dealing with asbestosis claims, which are not only some of the most severe and tragic of injuries but also have the added dimension of being generally latent and therefore not being apparent often for decades.
